Do you bring the oil, or do we supply it?
Either. We can supply oil and filters at supplier cost (receipts attached, as always), or use stock you keep at your yard — plenty of fleets buy drums at fleet pricing and we're happy to pump from yours. Tell dispatch which way you run when booking.
How long does a mobile oil change on a highway tractor take?
Typically about an hour on site for oil, filters and a full grease, a bit more with fuel filters or extras — and zero road time for you, which is the entire point. Fleet visits sequence multiple units efficiently in one trip.
Can you do our whole yard on a rotation?
That's the ideal use of this service — a standing evening or weekend visit that catches each unit as its interval comes due, tracked by us, booked by text, recorded per unit. It folds directly into a fleet PM program.
What happens to the waste oil and old filters?
They leave with us and get handled through proper recycling channels — drained filters and waste oil don't belong in your dumpster, and an environmental problem at your yard is a bad way to save a few dollars.
